The Memorandum has been prepared for the sole purpose of the operation in which CBRE and EOL have been instructed and is for the exclusive use of each recipient. The information contained in this Memorandum is confidential and should be treated as such. To this end, each of the recipients undertake not to divulge to any person, to distribute, quote, publish or reproduce, totally or partially, or to use for any other means whatsoever, any of the information relative to this Memorandum, without prior authorization from CBRE and EOL. All communication (including any notice, request, claim of other communication) relative to this Memorandum should be addressed or submitted to the person whose details appear in the letter of instruction attached to this Memorandum.

Modification and termination of negotiations
The information contained in this Memorandum may be modified or be subject to termination at any moment and for whatever reason at the sole discretion of CBRE, EOL or the Vendor. CBRE, EOL and the Vendor reserve the right to reject any expression of interest and/or to terminate negotiations with any of the parties for whatever reason and at any time. CBRE, EOL and the Vendor decline all liability and responsibility for any costs and damages, directly or indirectly which may be incurred due to any modifications of termination.

This Memorandum has been prepared by CBRE and EOL for the information of potential purchasers to assist them in deciding whether they are sufficiently interested in the portfolio offered to proceed with further investigation in relation to the portfolio. The information in this Memorandum should be regarded as general information only. Nothing contained in this Memorandum constitutes investment, legal, tax or other advice.
